About the Position

Production Manager_ME

Join Bosch in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, to lead shopfloor operations and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for excellent shopfloor operation including production team and service technician team management.
• As the department HSE coordinator to ensure “0” safety incident.
• Shopfloor quality mindset continuous improvement to prevent quality incidents or batch failures.
• Lead direct productivity continuously reduction to contribute yearly PPC target achievement.
• Cooperate with team for production capacity planning and improvement for customer demand fulfillment.
• As value stream BPS enabler, drive and coach BPS methodology application for BPS elements maturity enhancement and CIP.
• Digital strategy deployment and drive digital solution/AI agents implementation base on the business requirements.
• Shopfloor foreman team coaching and development for DLR target achievements, and employee relationship maintenance.
• Other tasks/projects assigned by department head.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or other Engineering fields
• Min. 5 years experiences of production management in global automotive companies. (automotive electrical is preferred)
