About the Position

Production Support Engineer – AI & LLM

Join our dynamic team as a Production Support Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our technical infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for technically savvy professionals passionate about system support, automation, and monitoring, working onsite in Wrocław to make a tangible impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

As a Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for our server-side systems, automating routine tasks, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Your expertise will help maintain high system availability and performance, utilizing monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve incidents, ensuring seamless trading and financial operations.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python (non-negotiable) and Bash scripting
Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration (preferably both)
Support-oriented engineering background, including incident management, troubleshooting, and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar)
Practical knowledge of automation, infrastructure support, and observability tools
Experience with support frameworks like ITIL and platforms such as ServiceNow

Nice to Have Skills

Trading or financial markets domain knowledge (front-office trading, risk, OMS/EMS, reconciliation)
LLM/AI tooling experience (fine-tuning, RAG applications)
SQL Server or PostgreSQL database experience
CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure

Preferred Experience

Proven hands-on experience in system support, automation, or infrastructure operations
Demonstrated stability with a strong support/support engineering background (longer tenures preferred)

Competitive salary range: 20,000 - 35,000 PLN gross (Employment Contract)
Fully onsite position in Wroclaw
