About the Role

We are seeking a Productization Manager to join our GovTech team in Berlin. In this role, you will standardize and productize the solution modules we develop in our No-Code/Low-Code software, transforming recurring project work into scalable products. As part of the Delivery Team, you will be closely involved in the application practice of our customers and partners, translating this experience into standards that make the team and partners more productive and enable self-service products like workflow templates and API products in the medium term.

Responsibilities

Standardize and productize solution modules such as rule sets and workflows, increasing the productivity of the team and partners
Design and lead the productization process from discovery and prioritization to abstraction and documentation, and finally to deployment
Coordinate with the Product Team to prioritize elements based on the roadmap and determine which elements will transition to the platform
Collaborate with Sales to evaluate the market potential of individual elements and integrate productization into the go-to-market strategy
Develop KPIs such as reuse rate and reduction in implementation time to measure success and refine the productization approach

Requirements

Approximately 5 years of experience in productization or standardization of software solutions (No-Code/Low-Code, B2B SaaS, Consulting)
Experience with Rule Engines, Workflows, or configuration-driven systems
Proven ability to transform specific requirements into reusable, universal solutions
Proven ability to quickly understand complex technical products
Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system logic
Fluent German (C2) and very good English (at least C1)
Completed degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Innovation Management / Entrepreneurship, Business Informatics, Law)
