Wir suchen einen Produktionsleiter Gerätefertigung, der unsere Geräteproduktionsteams in Innsbruck leitet und dabei für Produktivität, Qualität und pünktliche Lieferung sorgt.
Responsibilities
- Operative Leitung der Geräteproduktion, bestehend aus 5 Produktionsteams;
- Sicherstellung von Produktivität, Qualität und Termintreue;
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse (KVP, 5S);
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung bereichsübergreifender Prozesse;
- Laufende Erfassung und Überprüfung der Vorgabezeiten;
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der circa 30 Mitarbeitenden;
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und/oder technisches Studium;
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktionsleiter:in beziehungsweise in einer vergleichbaren leitenden Funktion;
- Hands-On-Mentalität;
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise;
- Erfahrungen im Prozessmanagement und Lean-Management von Vorteil.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für diese Position bei EUR 47.810,14 brutto/Jahr auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung liegt.
