About the Position

Trainer for technical training (m/f/d)

Axess AG is seeking a dedicated Trainer for technical training to join our team in Anif, Salzburg, Austria. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Training for customers and employees on our software solutions and products (online and on-site);
• Analyzing customer requirements/customer feedback to develop training concepts;
• Creation and administration of training documents and e-learning content in form of videos and texts;
• Working and communicating with internal teams (development, support, sales, project management);
• Autonomous and continuous professional and practical training as well as regular professional exchange with internal departments.

Requirements

• Solid technical education (HTL/FH or comparable qualification);
• Practical experience in the training sector would be ideal;
• Confident presenting in front of large groups of people;
• Rhetorical and didactical skills;
• Organizational talent, customer oriented and flexible;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Very good written and spoken German and English;
• Knowledge of video editing would be an advantage;
• Willingness to travel and driving license B.

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. It is significantly higher than the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
