Location: Mellansel, Västernorrlands län, Sweden

Hägglunds, part of Bosch Rexroth, has a 60-year history as a leading manufacturer of hydraulic drive systems and solutions. Our customers span industries such as recycling, sugar, and material handling. With our headquarters and main production in Mellansel, just outside Örnsköldsvik, we house all functions under one roof: from development and production to sales and service. Hägglunds employs around 600 people worldwide, with approximately 350 working in Mellansel.

We are looking for a Produktionstekniker who wants to combine practical problem-solving with long-term improvement work in production, automation, and digitalization.

Responsibilities

As a Produktionstekniker, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and improving production processes and work methods with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Driving development, investment, and digitalization projects, and contributing to automation and the introduction of new technology.
• Supporting production in technical matters, problem-solving, and improvement work based on analysis of production data.

Other tasks within the department's area of responsibility may occur depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, YH-degree, or equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience in production technology or similar.
• Good habit of data analysis, problem-solving, and systematic improvement work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good data skills in Microsoft 365 and Excel or equivalent systems.

Merits

• Experience in production development and process engineering within the industry, preferably in hydraulics, assembly, electrical, and automation or testing.
• Experience working in the SAP business system or similar.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and has a strong drive to develop both processes and work methods. You have the ability to independently plan, execute, and complete projects while appreciating close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and other partners.

As a person, you are structured and analytical with good problem-solving skills. You work well both independently and in teams and are good at building trust and long-term relationships. You are also curious about new technology and see opportunities in digital tools and innovative solutions.
