About the Position

We are currently seeking a Delphi Developer for our client, a software company, to join their team developing financial and HR applications.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of financial and HR applications;
Migration of code to newer versions and optimization of database solutions;
Collaboration with a team of programmers, analysts, and testers;
Designing solutions and implementing business requirements;
Participation in the full software development cycle according to the SCRUM methodology;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in designing and coding in Delphi in both older and current versions (v. 7.0-10.2);
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Firebird, MSSQL);
Analytical skills and ability to create complex business requirements;
Communicative skills;
Ability to work in a team;
English language proficiency to use technical documentation;
Familiarity with FastReport, DevExpress, Remobject, UniDac, IB Objects, SQLDirect, Eldos ScureBlacbox, and MSSQL, Firebird databases is a plus;
Knowledge of financial and accounting issues is a plus;
