About the Position
We are currently seeking a Delphi Developer for our client, a leading international software company specializing in IT solutions for the publishing, public administration, and healthcare sectors. The role is based in Gdańsk, Poland, with the possibility of remote work after the onboarding period.
Responsibilities
- Development and enhancement of financial, HR, payroll, and related software
- Creation of database applications
- Participation in the full software development cycle
- Solving complex business requirements
- Working based on the Scrum methodology
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of project experience using Delphi
- Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of design patterns and ability to create interfaces
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly Firebird and MS SQL
- English language proficiency for reading technical documentation
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of UniDAC and FastReport components
- Understanding of financial and/or HR/payroll areas
