Programista JAVA/GWT

About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Java/GWT Developer for one of our clients, an international financial company and a leader in its industry. Join our team in Lublin or Warsaw to design and implement web applications.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing web application solutions using GWT technology
• Seeking solutions that meet business requirements
• Implementing business requirements using web technologies (GWT, JSP/JSF, J2EE)
• Modeling control flows in web applications and implementing them in the Front End and Middleware layers
• Implementing backend solutions for web applications (WebService, DAO, SQL, PLSQL)
• Analyzing the performance of web applications on application servers (Weblogic, Tomcat)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of web technologies (HTTP protocol, certificates, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Practical knowledge of RIA technologies and solutions (GWT / ExtGWT, Ajax)
• Knowledge of integration concepts and technologies/tools (ESB, SOA, WebService, SOAP, Apache CXF)
• Experience in Java/J2EE programming
• Knowledge of: SQL, XML (XML-Schema, XSLT, SOAP, XPath, etc.), GWT, JSP/Servlets/JSF/J2EE, HTTP, Spring, CSS, knowledge of design patterns
• Good knowledge of servlet container issues (Weblogic, Tomcat)
• Good knowledge of databases (especially Oracle DB), including database tuning
• Good knowledge of other Oracle products, especially Weblogic application servers
• Knowledge of tools: Maven2, Eclipse, Subversion, Enterprise Architect
• Higher education in Computer Science
• Good knowledge of English
