About the Position
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support project delivery activities within a complex software development program. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, Engineering team, and Customer’s representatives to ensure transparency, accurate reporting, documentation management, and successful execution of the project plans.
The project scope involves development and enhancement of an enterprise platform supporting security screening and data processing workflows. The solution includes workflow orchestration, image and dataset management, integrations with distributed platform components, secure data exchange mechanisms, and customer-specific operational processes. The project is delivered in a fixed-price outsourcing model for a European Customer and involves cross-functional collaboration between Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps specialists.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and tracking activities
- Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes
- Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Monitor project progress against delivery milestones
- Facilitate communication between Customer’s stakeholders and Delivery Team
- Assist with resource coordination and project reporting
- Ensure project documentation is up to date and properly organized
- Prepare status reports and management presentations
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project administration
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
- Experience in working with Software Development teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
