About the Position

We’re opening the position of a Senior ML Engineer to an existing team on the project of our Customer. The Customer provides SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their business. These solutions include business planning to automate and optimize business, delivery, and workflow solutions. The platform leverages industry-leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for better prediction and prevention of disruptions across business.

The project team is focused on training different LLM models, tuning their results to choose the best and optimal for a set of AI agents for existing back-end products.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the team, set a training sandbox for different models
  • Train and optimize different AI/LLM models for better performance and success rate
  • Work with cloud platforms (mainly MS Azure) to deploy and manage AI-driven applications
  • Integrate different AI/ML models and work with APIs such as OpenAI, and other open-source LLMs
  • Stay up to date with LLM, ML advancements, and emerging back-end technologies
  • Work in an Agile team with an emphasis on quality, testability, and automation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of back-end development experience
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and APIs, OpenAI, or open-source models
  • Hands-on experience with LORA model training and reinforcement learning with GRPO
  • Experience with LangChain and LangGraph
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, FastAPI, GraphQL, and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • An Agile team player’s mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and SaaS application development
