Project Manager

About the Position

KeetCode is looking for a Project Manager who will run the project team to success.

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with the clients via different tools, provide progress updates and manage clients’ expectations, risk management
• Manage multiple IT deliverables while organizing resources, tracking milestones and goals, initiating all project workflows with team members
• Estimation and commercial preparation for the new opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of working experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of several Agile frameworks, SDLC, how the basic processes are built in the software development
• Strong presentation skills (Kick-off meetings, Daily Scrum, Project demos, Retrospective meetings)
• Good project management experience: planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
• Critical and system thinking
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
• Proactiveness
• Customer-oriented, “can do” attitude
• Very good communication and facilitation skills

About the Company

The company was founded in early 2022 by a group of experienced managers with decades of experience in the IT industry. Our head office is located in Cyprus, but we are a fully remote team distributed all over Europe.

We develop custom software solutions and provide dedicated teams for startups and established businesses in North America and Europe.
