About the Position

KeetCode is looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will have a great opportunity to be at the beginning of a big story and to take part in Company development and influence its growth. We expect that you will help us to find and attract the best candidates, build our employer brand, and make our recruitment process easy and effective.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage candidate pipelines
• Creatively attract new talent using multiple sources
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
• Coordinate the pre-employment background process
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks
• Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Build a candidate network that relies on proactive sourcing techniques and ongoing candidate engagement
• Build strong relationships with the hiring managers

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience in IT, preferably for expert roles
• Strong technological literacy and computer skills
• Knowledge of commonly used resources together with LinkedIn and internet research tools (Boolean search strings and X-Ray)
• Effective time management skills
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate level of English is a must (both spoken and written)
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

The company was founded in early 2022 by a group of experienced managers with decades of experience in the IT industry. Our head office is located in Cyprus, but we are a fully remote team distributed all over Europe.
