Project Manager (Night Shift)

About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Country: Philippines

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary: 90,000 – 110,000 PHP

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals, customer expectations, and organizational priorities.
• Identify key stakeholders and establish engagement and communication approaches.
• Develop detailed project management plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
• Define project governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting activities, and stakeholder presentations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and delivery expectations.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project performance against established baselines and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Support CMMI and organizational compliance activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 1+ year of experience in Business Analysis.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH).
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including SDLC Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Knowledge of PMO processes, frameworks, and governance standards.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Knowledge of risk management, change management, and stakeholder management practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to business operations related to manufacturing, distribution, or financial operations.
• Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile and Scrum certifications.
