Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience in IT project management to join our innovative aviation client, specializing in modern IT solutions for fleet maintenance and data management. If you have experience in leading IT projects, enjoy working in an international environment, and want to participate in the implementation of modern systems for the aviation industry, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating the schedule for migration and implementation projects.
• Coordinating the work of your team and the client's teams.
• Organizing and conducting operational and strategic meetings with the client and internally.
• Monitoring the progress of work and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Reporting on project status and ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintaining formal communication with the client regarding organizational and scheduling matters.

Requirements

• Experience in managing IT projects (2-3 years), including leading at least one project as the main PM.
• Experience in ERP system implementations in medium-sized companies (systems for 50-200 users, teams of 10-20 people).
• Business-level proficiency in English (fluent communication with foreign clients).
• Ability to work in freelance/part-time mode, with high flexibility in working hours.
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in the aviation industry and knowledge of terminology.
  • Experience in data migration to implementation systems.
  • Knowledge of MIS/MRO and AMOS systems.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile certifications (welcome, but not required).

Data Protection Officer In matters concerning the protection of personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at [email protected] or by letter to the company's registered office. We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

A. Maintaining the Power Media Candidate Database and conducting recruitment processes: creating your profile in the candidate database, evaluating qualifications, matching your candidacy to our clients' job offers (including the recruitment you are applying for), and maintaining contact.
Legal basis: Your voluntary consent to be included in the candidate database (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Retention period: 24 months from the date of application or until you withdraw your consent earlier.

B. Formal verification of candidate availability with the Client: providing the Client with a minimal amount of data (e.g., name and surname) to exclude situations where you have previously applied to this Client or with another agency.
Legal basis: Our legally justified interest and the Client's interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in verifying the absence of disputes and avoiding duplication of candidate applications.
Retention period: For the time necessary to complete the verification.

C. Submission of your full application to a specific Employer: sending your CV to a selected Client after verifying their identity and obtaining your confirmation of interest in participating in the process with that specific employer.
Legal basis: Your separate consent indicating the specific employer by name (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Retention period: Until the application is submitted to the Client (further retention by the Client is governed by its own personal data protection policy).

D. Defense against claims and settlement of disputes: legal protection of the Company related to the provision of recruitment services.
Legal basis: Our legally justified interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Retention period: For the duration of the limitation period for any claims arising from legal provisions.

Voluntary nature of data provision:

Providing personal data is entirely voluntary, but necessary for registering a profile in the Power Media candidate database and presenting your candidacy to potential employers. You can withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., by sending an email to [email protected]), which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Recipients of data:

Your personal data may be transferred to:

1. Agency Clients (Potential Employers): in the minimal scope (name and surname) to verify the absence of duplicate applications (based on our legitimate interest), and in the full CV scope – only after disclosing the full name of the Client to you and obtaining separate consent. Upon transferring full data, the Client becomes an independent controller of your personal data.
2. Technology service providers: entities processing data on our behalf (e.g., recruitment management system providers – ATS, hosting, and email).
3. State authorities: institutions authorized by law.

Candidate rights

You have the right to access your data, correction, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Profiling and international transfers

As part of the candidate database, the Company may use ancillary profiling (evaluation of skills, education, and experience against the criteria specified in client job offers). This profiling does not produce legal effects on you and does not make fully automated decisions (the final decision to contact is always made by a recruiter). Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
