About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client – an international company developing reporting solutions for sales and analytics departments. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the rollouts of the BI system in various European markets. This project is strategically important for the company's operational and commercial activities, aiming to increase the efficiency of analysts and sales teams through the development of reporting tools and measuring their adoption levels.

Responsibilities

Experience as a Project Manager in the IT environment (preferably in data, analytics, or BI).
Ability to create project documentation such as BRD, RACI, RAID log, and Acceptance Criteria.
Experience in collaborating with both technical and business teams.
Fluency in English – daily communication and documentation conducted in this language.
Familiarity with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Office.
Good organization skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Practical experience in gathering requirements, defining project scope, and working with adoption metrics (Adoption Metrics).

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of the Power BI environment or experience in Data Engineering projects.
Project management certifications: Prince2, PMP, Scrum/Agile.
Experience in banking or finance projects.

Requirements

Experience in managing projects in the data, reporting, or BI (Business Intelligence) field.
Ability to coordinate cooperation between technical and business teams.
Practical experience in maintaining project documentation.
Knowledge of project management tools – specifically Azure DevOps.
Fluency in English – daily communication and documentation conducted in this language.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
