Job description

Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Vilnius office. You'll own the full lifecycle of long-term IT projects, serve as a trusted consultant to our clients, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving. The work you'll do has a real impact - our clients will notice, and so will your teammates.

About the Position

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Vilnius office and manage long-term IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of long-term IT projects (e-commerce solutions, web and mobile applications, self-service systems), ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proactively manage client expectations - dig deep into their business processes and recommend best practices for digital transformation.
  • Provide clear reports and deliverables to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks that could impact delivery; resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Continuously engage clients, stakeholders, and the team to ensure expected value is delivered at every stage.
  • Work daily with: Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of IT project management experience on long-term projects.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce environments and related technologies.
  • Proven track record managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to evaluate team output at every project stage - from UX/UI and documentation through to release.
  • Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and product ownership.
  • Comfortable managing 3–4 projects.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience acting as a client-side consultant during digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to help define and prioritize features by business value during the maintenance phase.

We Offer

  • Liberal conditions for work – flexible working hours, result-oriented approach to work, hybrid setup (Mondays and Fridays are Work From Home)
  • Growth - literature, courses, seminars, certificates, employee-led workshops.
  • Personal health insurance after 6 months with us.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses.
  • A pet-friendly Vilnius office with team activities (team-buildings), workations, and company-wide events. We know how to have a good time.

Salary

3000–5200 Eur

Gross. With the growth potential.
