Project Manager

About the Position

SoftPeak is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead the Discovery Phase, manage the Development process, and ensure successful project execution. You will guide projects from initial research to product launch, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient cooperation with customers.

Responsibilities

• Discovery Phase Leadership: Conduct market and competitor research, define key functionality, and create Product Requirements Documentation.
• Project Management: Manage development sprints, timelines, and risks to meet client deadlines.
• Financial Responsibility: Oversee project budgets and track financial metrics.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, designers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Client Engagement & Feedback: Act as the key point of contact for clients, adapting the development process according to their needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role as a Project Manager or Business Analyst or similar position within an outsourced development company.
• Experience in conducting Discovery Phases: market research, competitor analysis, defining key functionality, and creating product requirements documentation.
• Successful project coordination experience with on-time delivery of milestones.
• English level - C1.

Key Metrics

• On-Time Delivery: 90% milestone completion.
• Budget Adherence: 10% variance limit.
• Client Satisfaction: NPS 4.7+.
• Risk Mitigation: Less than 15% impact on time and budget during the development process.
