Responsibilities

As a Project Manager Civil Engineering at TMC, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Drafting and managing project plans and budgets.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Identifying risks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Advising clients on complex technical challenges.
• Ensuring sustainable collaboration between all involved parties.

Requirements

To successfully fulfill the role of Civil Engineering Project Manager, you bring the following:

• Education & experience: A completed bachelor's (hbo) or master's (wo) degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Expertise: Knowledge of civil engineering projects, both in the design phase and execution phase.
• Competencies: Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a results-driven mindset.
• Leadership: The ability to motivate teams and effectively coordinate projects within set deadlines and budgets.
• Flexibility: Willingness to carry out projects in the North Brabant and South Netherlands region.
