About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager (e-commerce) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in project management within the e-commerce sector. The role involves coordinating projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and Support: Coordinate and oversee projects at various stages of their implementation.
- Reporting: Verify, prepare, and compile weekly and monthly reports.
- Administration: Administer web applications and software solutions of the company.
- Documentation: Prepare and update project documentation, technical tasks, and instructions.
- Collaboration: Interact with partners, internal teams, and related functions to manage and implement projects.
- Control: Monitor the completion of assigned tasks and adherence to agreements.
- Optimization: Identify opportunities for optimizing and improving workflows.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other project and organizational tasks as needed by the team.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
- Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platform principles, online and offline sales.
- Dropshipping: Familiarity with the specifics of dropshipping.
- Documentation: Experience in preparing technical assignments, instructions, and other project documentation.
- Skills: Ability to establish logical connections, structure information, and optimize workflows.
- Communication: Experience in interacting with partners and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Confident use of PC and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
