About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager (e-commerce) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in project management within the e-commerce sector. The role involves coordinating projects, managing documentation, and optimizing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and support of projects at various stages of their implementation
- Verification, preparation, and formation of weekly and monthly reports
- Administration of web applications and software solutions of the company
- Preparation and updating of project documentation, technical tasks, and instructions
- Interaction with partners, internal teams, and related functions for project management and implementation
- Monitoring the completion of assigned tasks and adherence to agreements
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing and improving workflows
- Performing other project and organizational tasks as needed by the team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Understanding of e-commerce platform principles, online and offline sales
- Knowledge of dropshipping operations
- Experience in preparing technical tasks, instructions, and other project documentation
- Ability to establish logical connections, structure information, and optimize workflows
- Experience in interacting with partners and internal teams
- Proficiency in using PC and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
