Currently, we are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join our team to ensure strategically important initiatives in the areas of Supply Chain automation (procurement, logistics, MRP) and R&D process automation.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full project lifecycle: from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control to closure.
• Implementing projects using both classic (Waterfall) and flexible (Agile) methodologies, selecting and adapting the approach based on project specifics.
• Conducting Agile ceremonies as needed and fostering a culture of incremental delivery.
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date project documentation: Project Charter, WBS, resource plans, communication matrices.
• Managing project scope, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to change management processes.
• Planning and controlling project schedules using Gantt charts, burndown charts, and key milestone tracking.
• Managing project budgets: preparing estimates, analyzing deviations, controlling expenses, and reporting.
• Defining and monitoring project outcome quality metrics according to acceptance criteria.
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and minimizing project risks and issues, maintaining risk registers and response plans.
• Managing stakeholder interactions in a complex matrix environment: building trust, aligning interests, and supporting effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Ensuring clear, confident, and adaptive communication with top management and company leadership to support decision-making.
• Coordinating internal and external teams, effectively managing resources, and fostering collaboration.
• Coordinating interactions with suppliers and supporting procurement processes (as needed), including contract performance monitoring.
• Ensuring project documentation is maintained and all control stages are passed according to PMO standards.

Requirements

• 3 years of project management experience in large corporate companies, preferably in business process automation, ERP, or R&D.
• Practical experience managing projects in an Agile environment and understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid management approaches.
• Proven experience in implementing projects related to procurement, logistics, Material Resource Planning (MRP), or product development process automation.
• Solid knowledge of PMI PMBOK Guide or other recognized project management standards. Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus.
• Proficiency in project planning and management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical teams and company management.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Higher education (bachelor's or master's) in business administration, engineering, information systems, or related fields.
