About the Position

We’re building a network of Freelance Project Managers who can lead, execute, and deliver complex digital initiatives from kickoff to launch. We’re looking for execution-focused professionals to collaborate with on a freelance basis-part-time or full-time, depending on project needs.
Salary
48 - 84 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B contract only)

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex digital initiatives from kickoff to launch
- Manage web or mobile software projects, whether navigating the chaos of an MVP or scaling up an existing product
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies with pragmatism
- Manage fixed-price projects, tight scope boundaries, and proactive budget monitoring
- Understand technical basics to communicate effectively with developers
- Maintain direct contact with customers and business stakeholders, managing expectations and building trust
Requirements
- Software Delivery Experience: Proven track record running web or mobile software projects
- Agile Expertise + Pragmatism: Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Financial & Scope Discipline: Experience managing fixed-price projects and tight scope boundaries
- Technical Literacy: Understanding of technical basics to communicate with developers
- Client-Facing Confidence: Comfort in direct contact with customers and business stakeholders
- Fluent English (Min. C1): Exceptional written and spoken English
