About the Position

Join Montrose Software as a Project Manager Intern and gain hands-on experience in software project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Product Owner in day-to-day project coordination
Take meeting notes, capture action items, and follow up on them
Help keep the Jira board tidy - create and update tickets under guidance
Track blockers and dependencies and flag them to the PO
Help maintain project documentation (wiki, knowledge base)
Assist with UAT sessions and simple status updates

Requirements

Interest in project management and software delivery
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2)
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Studies (or recent graduate) in a related field - or a convincing motivation to move into PM

Nice to Have

Any exposure to Jira, Agile/Scrum, or teamwork tools
Previous internship or student-org / project experience
