Project Manager Investigación

Cetaqua, Centro de Investigaciones del Agua, is seeking a Project Manager Investigación to join our team in Cornellà de Llobregat, Spain. The role involves managing and executing research and development projects in water management and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute research and development projects in water management and treatment.
• Coordinate and execute public (European/national) and/or private projects.
• Transfer and industrialize the results obtained.
• Develop tasks for the execution of R&D projects, technical report writing, and participation in the design, operation, and monitoring of pilot and/or industrial facilities.
• Prepare proposals for R&D projects to be submitted to public funding agencies and private companies.
• Participate in the preparation of project proposals for R&D and services for private clients and public calls (European/national).

Requirements

• Essential: Studies in Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar.
• Essential: Master's degree in chemical or environmental engineering in the field of water production, treatment, and/or valorization of residual streams.
• Essential: Ability to work in a team, results-oriented, self-management, and organization.
• Essential: Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Desirable: Experience in managing and executing R&D projects and process engineering in the fields of water treatment and/or resource valorization.
• Desirable: Experience in the operation and optimization of industrial processes.
• Desirable: Experience in data analysis and the use of online sensors.
• Desirable: Experience in preparing proposals and offers for R&D projects and services for private clients and public calls (European/national).
• Desirable: Doctoral studies (completed or in progress) in the field of water production, treatment, and/or valorization of residual streams.
• Desirable: Experience in operating pilot plants and laboratory work in water treatment.
• Desirable: Availability to travel occasionally.
• Desirable: Driving license B.
