Project Manager - Java

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Java to lead and deliver complex technical projects while managing offshore teams and driving AI-powered delivery. In this role, you will oversee project priorities, ensure quality standards and foster strong stakeholder relationships to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Run Kanban boards, control SLOs and ensure alignment with project priorities
• Management of approximately 20+ offshore personnel
• Resolution of staffing issues to enhance the overall quality and performance of the team
• Effective management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives
• Oversight of code reviews and clean code practices across projects
• Definition and tracking of delivery metrics to measure team performance
• Drive AI adoption and AI-driven delivery within project workflows
• Ownership of solution and technical architecture of the projects

Requirements

• 10-12 years of relevant working experience
• Background in Java development
• Expertise in Project Management, People Management and delivery metrics
• Proficiency in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline and clean code practices
• Skills in solution and technical architecture of projects
• Competency in AI adoption and AI-driven delivery
