Project Manager Junior

About the Position

GONKSYS is a leading integrator in Systems and IT, offering end-to-end solutions in Cybersecurity, Data Center & Cloud, Networking & Wi-Fi, Unified Communications, and Electronic Security Systems.

As part of its growth strategy, GONKSYS aims to strengthen its Project Management Office (PMO) team in Porto with a Project Manager Junior.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans with a global vision over all projects, including budget, schedule, dependencies, and quality of deliverables.
• Manage financial, material, and human resources assigned to projects according to planned and approved dedications.
• Report on the project status in accordance with institutionalized processes.
• Keep project management support systems updated.
• Manage suppliers, internal teams, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree and/or Master's in Electrotechnical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Management, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Professional experience in IT and systems project management roles is valued.
• Technical knowledge in the area of Systems and Information Technologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, capable of managing pressure situations.
• Ability to innovate and evolve continuously.
• Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and initiative.
