Project Manager
Location: Lviv, Ukraine

Responsibilities
- Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analysis, estimation, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing, status reporting)
- Be responsible and control the plan, budget, project resources within a certain amount
- Define priorities and make things be completed in time
- Own decision making within a defined level of authority
- Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives
- Be ready for business trips 25-50% of your time.
- Monitor and increase the effectiveness of teams to achieve project goals
- Drive process improvement - identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements
- Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues and risks to the client
- Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation
- Manage the expectations of the customer and stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in taking a key role as Project Manager on IT projects
- Experience in managing technical aspects of software delivery
- Excellent planning & delivery skills
- Experience with Jira
- Team player & Strong communication skills
- Strong team leadership skills
- High self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Upper-intermediate English level (verbal and written)
