Project Manager, Marketing&Communication Department (Lviv)

About the Position

Lviv IT Cluster is the largest business association of tech companies in Ukraine, uniting over 300 leading tech companies and 100,000 tech professionals. We are looking for a Project Manager for the Marketing & Communication Department who will coordinate creative teams effectively and support the execution of tasks from brief to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing and communications projects - from the initial brief to final delivery;
• Review briefs from internal and external stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the teams;
• Create and schedule tasks in the task management system and ensure their consistent execution by teams of designers, SMM, PR, content writers, and marketers;
• Monitor deadlines, priorities, and team workload;
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to align tasks and priorities;
• Track project progress and promptly resolve roadblocks;
• Manage the department’s resources and budget utilization;
• Prepare regular project status reports for the manager and key stakeholders;
• Optimize task management processes and improve cross-functional collaboration between teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing marketing or communications projects;
• Hands-on experience with task management tools (Trello or similar tools such as Asana, Jira, or ClickUp);
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail);
• Experience working with briefs and the ability to translate strategic goals into structured tasks and project plans;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content, PR, SMM);
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in an environment with multiple concurrent projects;
• Skills in resource planning, deadline management, and basic budgeting;
• A proactive approach to improving processes and cross-functional collaboration within the team;
• Ability to gather and structure requirements from stakeholders;
• Experience in preparing status reports and communicating project results.

Additional Important Details

• Full-time employment;
• Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
• Work is office-based with a hybrid option (office-remote) after the probation period;
• Office work: Lviv – 3 Ulas Samchuk St.;
• We provide a computer, office equipment, and the necessary software for work.
