Description of the Role

Our product Lynx allows our energy clients to monitor and control their infrastructures and equipment both locally and remotely. Lynx is a SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, which, above the generic core, offers advanced functions to manage electrical networks by providing the most appropriate assistance to the operator. You will be a true right arm of the Program Director, the PMO acts as a global steering reference and actively contributes to strategic decisions under standardized projects.

Responsibilities

Your missions will focus on 4 axes:

Planification & portefeuille projets

Contribute to the construction and coherence of a project portfolio;
Integrate cost, time, resource, and skill constraints;
Anticipate dependencies and secure program milestones.

Suivi de l’avancement

Monitor the progress of projects/programs (quality, cost, time);
Identify discrepancies, alert, and propose action plans;
Ensure compliance with methods, processes, and best practices;
Conduct program risk analysis.

Suivi budgétaire & analyse financière

Monitor and update program budgets;
Analyze consumption, remaining work, and forecasts;
Ensure cost control and budget compliance.

Reporting & gouvernance

Produce reports and dashboards for management;
Animate and secure program governance;
Translate master plans into operational roadmaps.

Requirements

Profile sought:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO program or cross-functional PMO;
Solid practice in budget monitoring, production forecasting, and financial analysis of programs;
Habit of working on cross-functional budgets and complex scopes;
Ability to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and overall progress;
Excellent proficiency in Excel (budgets, analyses, reporting);
Good understanding of financial management;
Comfortable with animation, coordination, and cross-functional steering.

Qualifications

Graduated from an Engineering School or Master 2 in computer science, you ideally have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Technical Requirements:

Microsoft Office
PMO tools (Primavera/Jira/MS Project…)
