Project Manager

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our client, an international software company leading projects in the finance and automotive sectors, and one of the leaders in its industry. The position is based in Lublin, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Project/Team Management: Oversee software development projects/teams.
• Performance Management: Manage team performance and ensure effective communication within project activities.
• Client Interaction: Maintain contact with client teams.
• Recruitment Participation: Participate in recruitment processes when assembling teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development project delivery methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously.
• Technical background (ideally: experience in Java programming).
• Higher education in IT or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Scrum methodology and external clients.
• Certifications such as PSM I/Prince2 Practitioner or similar.
