Project Manager

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our client, an international financial sector company, located in Warszawa, Poland. The role involves managing IT projects in the area of software development using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing IT projects in the software development area using agile methodologies;
• Coordinating the work of project teams operating in different locations;
• Establishing and managing the budget, schedule, risk, and scope of the projects;
• Ensuring and maintaining appropriate communication within the project work;
• Collaborating with project stakeholders and the team responsible for solution implementation;

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in managing software development projects;
• Experience in implementing projects using the SCRUM methodology is desirable;
• Strong communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of English due to collaboration with English-speaking individuals;
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to new situations;
• Ability to work in a dynamic business environment;
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
