Project Manager

About the Position

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for a Project Manager in Warszawa.

Responsibilities

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls to ensure milestones are met and project products are delivered on time and within scope
• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities, and workload in the team, motivates project team members
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with the external environment of the project
• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules) and defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Master's degree
• At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or willingness to take the exam
• Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
• Aligns work easily to the changing environment, works effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements, and proactively looks to further improvements
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers
• Experienced in managing teamwork with Azure DevOps (and/or Service Now SPM Agile boards)
• Client-oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
• Experienced in managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Experienced in managing projects using Service Now technologies: custom applications and standard Service Now modules: Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and cloud setup)
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements, personal data privacy-related functional and security requirements
