Project Manager / Product Owner

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager / Product Owner to join our team in Ternopil, Ukraine. This role is fully remote and involves leading project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and communication channels.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog, working closely with development teams to refine requirements and user stories.
• Conduct regular status meetings, monitor project progress, and address issues or risks proactively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong skills in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Experience in coordinating with developers, designers, and QA testers.
• Proficiency in managing product backlog and refining requirements.
