UI/UX Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Ternopil, Ukraine, on a part-time basis. This role is fully remote.

About the Role

Your tasks will include:

• Communication with our client.
• Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to iterate and refine designs.
• Ensuring consistency in design elements and user experience across different platforms and devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in creating responsive designs and mobile-first approaches.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and concepts.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of animation and interaction design principles.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment and iterate designs based on feedback.
• English proficiency B2 or higher.
