About the Client

Our client is a payment service provider specializing in payment gateway solutions and card processing for merchants. They facilitate global payment acceptance, offer flexible settlements, and support a variety of regional payment methods. Their product is centered around an in-house built gateway with customizable integrations, serving the needs of merchants worldwide.

Role Overview

Join a growing team as a Project Manager (PSP), where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding for new merchants. You'll have the opportunity to lead multiple projects, coordinate with key stakeholders, and optimize onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding cycle for merchants from initial review to successful activation.
  • Coordinate multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and payment providers.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of onboarding and operational stakeholders.
  • Monitor onboarding performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding frameworks.
  • Manage escalations and resolve operational issues impacting onboarding timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers.
  • Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
  • Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
  • Experience coordinating projects, processes, or cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Languages: English, Russian.
