Project Manager Software

About the Position

We are seeking a Project Manager Software to join our team in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks
• Ensure project outcomes meet business and technical requirements
• Maintain high quality standards

Requirements

• M.Sc in Management Engineering or equivalent education
• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT projects (software development, system integration, or digital transformation)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with budgeting, risk management, and resource planning
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) is a plus
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle
• Fluency in English and Italian

• Base gross annual salary of no less than €35,000
