About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Ciudad Real, managing cloud native and AI engagements with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead Cloud Native and AI engagements for our customers, from kick-off to delivery. Define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and keep them aligned with the customer’s priorities.
Be the main point of contact for our customers. Run follow-up meetings, report progress, and manage expectations, risks, and changes in scope.
Coordinate teams that mix engineers and AI agents. Make sure everyone knows what to work on next, and remove the blockers that stop them.
Track capacity, allocations, hours, and budgets across engagements, so we know early when we are over or under, using our planning and time-tracking tools or the ones you propose.
Prepare the monthly service reports and delivery reviews we share with our customers.
Improve our delivery processes and internal tooling, using AI to automate the reporting, planning, and follow-up work that does not need a human.

An ownership mindset. When an engagement is yours, you make sure it gets delivered.
Curiosity for technology, especially AI and Cloud. You do not need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what the team is building.
The intent to outgrow this role. We would rather hire someone who will grow past this job description than someone who will sit comfortably inside it.
An AI-native way of working: you have not only adopted AI into your workflow, you use it to keep growing your own knowledge and abilities.
Organization and structure. You can keep several engagements moving at the same time.
Clear communication of your ideas, and the ability to listen to customers and engineers alike.
Fast, independent learning. You are comfortable being dropped into a domain you have never worked in and finding your way.
Fluent Spanish and English.

Salary: €45k–€60k, depending on experience.
Work Model: Hybrid, combining in-person time at our offices in Ciudad Real with remote work.
Flexible Hours: As long as they fit the engagements you are working on.

Intro Call: A short conversation about you, the role, and how we work.
Delivery Conversation: We walk through a project you ran: the scope, what changed along the way, how you handled risks, and how you reported progress.
Practical Exercise: A short planning and reporting exercise based on a real engagement, which you review with an engineer and the person who runs delivery.
Meet the Team and Offer: You meet the engineers and customers' counterparts you would work with, and we make a decision.
