Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, timelines, resource coordination, and communication across teams.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the successful delivery of CGI or creative projects, on time and within scope.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and documentation with clarity and precision.
• Manage internal and vendor delivery teams to consistently deliver projects according to expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets in alignment with scope, timeline, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Would be amazing if you have:

• Project management experience in creative or agency environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
