Project manager(Creative Team)

About the Position

King Group - a product iGaming company that has been creating and developing its own products in the markets of Ukraine and Tier-1 for over 10 years.

We bring together 1000+ specialists and 20+ brands used by millions of players.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our in-house Creative Team - a person who will help the team maintain a high pace, structure the work, and bring large-scale advertising campaigns from concept to completion.

Our creative team continuously launches 360° advertising campaigns with a large number of formats and communication channels. Therefore, we need a PM who can keep many details in focus and create order where creativity meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between the creative team and other company teams.
• Manage advertising projects and monitor their implementation at various stages.
• Decompose tasks, prioritize, and synchronize project participants.
• Monitor deadlines, task volume, and team workload.
• Maintain order in project files and documentation.
• Identify weaknesses in processes and propose solutions to make them more efficient.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that nothing is lost, stuck, or delayed in projects and that they reach their results on time.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management and understanding of the full project implementation cycle.
• Understanding of the creative process and content production process.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and with a large number of participants simultaneously.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Structurality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Emotional resilience and the ability to work constructively with feedback.

Experience in advertising agencies, production, product, or IT companies is a plus.
