About the Position
We are currently seeking a Project/Account Manager eSports to work primarily with large businesses in the sphere of partners’ advertising materials management and placement across various media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Regular communication support between partners and development team.
- Facilitate the development of business opportunities within the project.
- Create and maintain the project management documentation and revise it as appropriate.
- Manage the project-related day-to-day operational activities.
- Manage the advertising materials development teams and direct their activities to ensure the project is run and completed within the constraints of scope and schedule.
- Perform data consolidation and analysis.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope.
- Effectively communicate relevant scope-related information to the team and management.
- Resolve and/or escalate scope-related issues promptly.
- Develop project plans following the overall roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in advertising Project Management 2+ years.
- Experience working with creative materials.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with designers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in detailed project planning, including time/resource estimation, identifying critical paths, and maintaining project documentation.
- Knowledge of full advertising materials development cycle and processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM-systems.
- Aligning project goals with the organization’s business strategy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to project changes.
- Result-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Hands-on experience in building/optimization of project processes.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to deliver high-quality results, maintaining trustful relationships between people.
- Interest and knowledge in the gaming and Esports field will be a significant advantage.
- English Intermediate+.
