We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Demonstrates openness and kindness
- Has experience in interior design and direct client service
- Can work in a team and values collaboration with others
- Is meticulous and precise, especially when creating technical drawings and visualizations, preparing budgets, and placing orders
- Has the ability to advise and inspire clients, paying attention to details such as ergonomics and the selection of appropriate products
- Is goal-oriented in terms of sales
- Is willing to work shifts during store opening hours, including up to 3 Saturdays and all Sundays in a month
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Developing comprehensive interior projects (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) tailored to individual client needs, considering technical parameters, ergonomics, and trends
- Leading project meetings with clients, where you will prepare the project, advise on product selection, create budgets/orders for products and services
- Collaborating with other departments and services (client advisors, logistics, installers)
- Ensuring order, attractiveness, and compliance with standards in the design area
- Building and strengthening client relationships through partnership and loyalty programs
