Projektleiter HLKS 80-100 % (m/w/d)

About the Position

We are seeking a Projektleiter HLKS 80-100 % (m/w/d) to lead HLKS projects in Zurich, from feasibility to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for HLKS projects across SIA phases 31 to 53
• Leading two to four building-services planners per project
• Schedule, cost, and quality control towards the client
• Coordination with architecture, electrical design, and building automation
• Supporting tendering, award, and commissioning

Requirements

• dipl. Techniker HF Gebäudetechnik or eidg. Fachausweis Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik
• At least 5 years in HLKS design, including 2 years as project lead
• Confident with Plancal Nova and AutoCAD, first Revit projects
• German C1, confident with clients and authorities
• SIA standards and Minergie applied in practice

Nice to Have

• Experience with hospital or laboratory buildings
• BIM coordination according to SIA 2051
• Home in Kanton Zürich or a commute under 45 minutes

Salary
