About the Position

NovaPay - an international financial service within the NOVA Group, is looking for a Leading Specialist in Marketing Research to join our innovative fintech team in Ukraine. We create modern payment solutions for businesses and millions of users, developing our own payment system, mobile application, and offering a wide range of products and services both offline and online.

Responsibilities

• Conducting marketing and user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from internal and external sources, preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Conducting desk research, analyzing market trends, and organizing user surveys.
• Building and maintaining reporting in BI systems, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing their results.
• Collaborating with product, marketing, and analytics teams to implement research projects.
• Participating in the development of marketing research methodology and the implementation of modern data analysis tools.

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing, analytics, economics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing research or marketing analytics.
• Experience in conducting quantitative marketing and user research.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, prepare analytical reports, and presentations.
• Experience working with BI systems and building automated reporting.
• Ability to formulate analytical tasks according to business requirements and draw conclusions based on data.
• Understanding of the principles of evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience working with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools).
