About the Client
Our client is an international payment service provider that specializes in online payment processing solutions for e-commerce merchants. Their focus is on facilitating credit card transactions and offering both physical and virtual white-label prepaid and debit card programs. They aim to deliver secure and efficient payment systems tailored to the needs of online businesses.
Role Overview
Join a dynamic team as an Onboarding Specialist, where you'll lead the charge in bringing new partners on board. This role offers the opportunity to engage with an extensive list of partners, from APM providers to acquiring banks, and drive the onboarding process from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in shaping the partner network of a growing fintech company, with direct exposure to global payment trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full onboarding process for APM providers and acquiring banks from our existing partner list - from first contact through contract, technical setup, and launch
- Stay in regular contact with partners, keeping each onboarding moving and solving problems as they come up
- Negotiate business and contract terms with partners as part of onboarding
- Track and report on the status, timelines, and delays of onboarding projects
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partners
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings when needed
Requirements
- Experience in Fintech, ideally in partners onboarding, partner/account management roles
- Understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, alternative payment methods, payment gateways, and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated experience managing onboarding cycles, including technical coordination and commercial negotiation
- Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations in payment partnerships is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools to track onboarding progress and partner interactions
- Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Languages: English C1, Russian C1.
