Responsibilities

• Du übernimmst die psychologische Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden im Notdienst (8-Stunden-Schichten) vor Ort (kein Homeoffice möglich)
• Du unterstützt Personen in Krisensituationen und führst psychologische Beratungsgespräche durch
• Du konzeptionierst und gestaltest Gruppensitzungen, die den Austausch unter Mitarbeitenden fördern
• Du bist im ständigen Austausch mit den Mitarbeitenden, um eine Vertrauensbasis aufzubauen

Requirements

• Bachelor- und Masterabschluss in Psychologie (oder vergleichbares Feld)
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der psychologischen Beratung oder Therapie
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Randzeiten, z.B. auch nachts oder an Wochenenden
• Erfahrung als selbstständige:r Berater:in oder in einem ähnlichen Feld
