Head of Department № 2 of the Main Directorate for De-occupation and Reintegration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine

About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of public service of categories “B” and “B” of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European Integration. We are seeking a Head of Department № 2 for De-occupation and Reintegration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This role involves strategic planning, coordination with central executive bodies, and ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of de-occupation and reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Manages the work of the department and bears personal responsibility for the results of its activities.
• Ensures the analysis of security problems and the effectiveness of the implementation of the directions of activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the field of de-occupation and reintegration.
• Prepares proposals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for draft priority action plans of the Government.
• Organizes the implementation of measures to ensure the formation of state policy in the field of de-occupation and reintegration.
• Provides coordination and control over the implementation by the structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Guard of Ukraine, and central executive bodies.
• Prepares materials for the prompt informing of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about events that can cause a significant public resonance.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's degree.
• Work Experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “B” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations for at least two years.
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.

We Offer

• Official salary - 13,700 UAH
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
