Publishers Team Lead

About the Position

Are you an experienced Publisher Manager and a natural leader with a strong background in the AdNetwork industry? We are looking for a Publishers Team Lead who can lead a high-performing team, drive publisher growth, and build new revenue opportunities. You'll join a global and ambitious team where initiative, ownership, and creative thinking are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners
• Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams
• Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving
• Ensure efficient processes, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
• Collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager, including 1.5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing publisher teams and achieving revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, and flat deal models
• Experience with publisher hunting and building direct partnerships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to finding new opportunities
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills
• Fluent English
