Purchasing Specialist in Georgia, Remote

Responsibilities
- Serve as the bridge between U.S. healthcare facilities and vendors
- Ensure medical supplies, equipment, and essential goods are purchased efficiently and delivered on time
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, verify invoices, and maintain vendor relationships
- Communicate with vendors via calls
- Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory and invoices
- Maintain pricing and vendor information
Requirements
- Willingness to handle calls as part of daily basis
- Experience in Sales, Logistics, or Customer Support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic Excel and confident computer skills
