What’s This Opportunity About?
As a Purchasing Representative, you’ll serve as the bridge between U.S. healthcare facilities and vendors, ensuring medical supplies, equipment, and essential goods are purchased efficiently and delivered on time. You’ll manage purchase orders, track deliveries, verify invoices, and maintain vendor relationships-all while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Because when supplies arrive on time, care never stops.
Responsibilities
- Finding the best sourcing options for required goods
- Managing the full purchasing cycle-from order placement to delivery
- Communicating with vendors via calls
- Reviewing and approving Purchase Orders (POs)
- Tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinating with internal teams on inventory and invoices
- Maintaining pricing and vendor information
Requirements
- Willingness to handle calls as part of daily bases
- Experience in Sales, Logistics, or Customer Support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic Excel and confident computer skills
