At Netcompany, we are looking for a Purple Security Engineer to join our dedicated Security team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the security of critical infrastructure such as airports, large financial institutions, government systems, and other essential sectors.

Responsibilities

As a Purple Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing safeguards to protect critical solutions and the data infrastructure of Denmark from cyber threats.
• Engaging in proactive threat hunting to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Developing and implementing response strategies to effectively handle security incidents.
• Responding to and following up on alerts generated by our SIEM and EDR solutions, including adjusting these to ensure precision.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Hold a degree or diploma in engineering, either bachelor's, master's, or have a similar qualification level in IT.
• Be motivated by delivering optimal business and critical societal solutions.
• Have full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Employment is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain security clearance from the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET).
